When you’re ready to hand it over, remove your SIM and reset the phone after backing it up.

Can I offer a damaged phone?
Yes. Tell us what’s damaged and we’ll let you know if a buyback is possible.
How do I send photos?
Use the form to prepare your request, then attach photos in your email app before sending.
Do I have to accept the offer?
No. You can accept or decline after the assessment.
